Nearly 20 years of experience working for ad agencies, corporations and nonprofits have taught me that communication challenges are usually rooted in unresolved strategy issues. People come to me for support on high-stakes communications like pitches, speeches, presentations, campaigns and key meetings. My first step is to lead them through a method of inquiry that clarifies the strategy behind their message.

Together, we sharpen priorities, audiences, context, and emotional resonance. Once the strategic foundation is clear, messages become more focused, compelling, and easier to deliver—with confidence and flexibility. The search for the right words begins with knowing why you’re communicating at all.
